The Molton Brown project aimed to explore the capacity of generative AI software in a professional setting. Much of the content is proprietary, created specifically for Molton Brown.
The team analyzed over 50 AI tools and ultimately worked with ChatGPT-4, Dall-E, and Adobe Express to create customized user personas, user journeys, and content mockups. We created 4 highly detailed user personas, each with their journey from ad to checkout content that would appeal to each persona.
We used prompt engineering, text-to-image generation tools, and traditional marketing strategies to create a streamlined and efficient user persona and content creation process.
Molton Brown flew our team to New York to present our findings in person at their US headquarters. We got to meet the Molton Brown team, hear their direct feedback, and provide additional information about our work.
